Description
This course explains the term balanced diet with reference to the dietary importance of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, mineral salts, fibre and water; processes of mechanical and chemical digestion are discussed in detail. The course comprises of lessons and quizzes to test this knowledge.
